What is NITRO cold-brew?

Nitro cold-brew has had liquid nitrogen or nitrogen gas infused into it.  Nitrogen provides a wonderful creamy texture to the coffee similar to a famous Irish stout you may have heard of.  After lengthy research and trial & error we feel we have created a methodology that is second to none.  And all our cold brews are pasteurized for added shelf life and stability.
